Jansma Design, LLC, strives to create digital images that accurately depict the visual characteristics of the property that is photographed. Accurate depictions of the property involve, but are not limited to, the following conditions: the characteristics and the limitations of the photographic equipment, available light source, time of day, seasons of the year, weather conditions, geographical location and terrain and all items out of the photographers control.

Our services must be scheduled in advance, and are subject to availability. Jansma Design, LLC makes no guarantee that our services will be available on any given day or weather condition but, will make every effort to serve our clients at our soonest possible opening, and will always do our best to provide efficient, affordable, and reliable service. Most interior shots can be taken in any weather condition. In the event of inclement weather such as rain or other severe conditions, exterior photos shall be limited to a single exterior shot, and no outdoor 360-degree or panoramic photos will be taken under such conditions. If a re-shoot is required or requested to photograph images due to weather, changes in staging or the appearance of the property, an additional charge will most likely apply.

Homes should be staged and ready for photos. Homeowners should be fully informed of such services being scheduled. Agents are strongly encouraged to meet at the property location with the photographers used by Jansma Design, LLC to review any specific photographs or requirements that need to be met. In the event that an agent, agent’s representative or home owner is not present at the property location, the contracting agent will defer all photographic decisions and choices to Jansma Design, LLC.

Unless prior agreement is made, your photograph package will be processed and posted two (2) full business days from the end of the business day (recognized as 6 PM PST) that the photograph package was shot. The term "business days" are defined as being Monday through Friday. Any packages photographed during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will not be available for processing until the following Monday. Jansma Design, LLC will always work to post your photographs as soon as possible, and in some cases, may be available sooner, but is not guaranteed unless a rush order is placed and an extra rush fee is agreed upon. These fees are subject to degree of difficulties and time restraints.

Photograph packages are processed and posted in the order completed. Original digital images are available from Jansma Design, LLC for a period of 30 days from the date the digital images are taken.

Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT WILL JANSMA DESIGN, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THIS PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICE. ALL PHOTOGRAPHS PROVIDED ARE TO BE EXCLUSIVELY USED TO ATTRACT BUYER’S ATTENTION, AND SHOULD IN NO WAY BE USED TO MAKE ANY DECISIONS AS TO THE SUITABILITY, CONDITION OR ANY OTHER DECISION MAKING WITH REGARDS TO THE PURCHASE OF ANY HOME OR PROPERTY.
