Basic Real Estate Photo Package: 1.5 to 2 hrs on-site - $150.00
Shooting Days: Monday thru Friday (Saturday & Sunday subject to schedule / additional fees apply)
Reservation Times: 9:30 AM / 12 PM / 2:30 PM (after hours subject to schedule / additional fees apply)
Processing Time: One (1) business day for basic photo package.
Package includes: 40 Images (two (2) sets of 20 images)

20 High Resolution images for print marketing*
20 Low Resolution images for web distribution*
Images delivered using secure web site link via e-mail

*Note: Images can be used as a single photo or as part of a panoramic photo.
Three (3) images are required to create a panoramic photo (Horizontal or Vertical Panoramic.)
Images not taken or used will not be credited to future photo shoots.

Additional stills per photo - $5.00
Horizontal panoramic - Per scene $15.00
Vertical panoramic - Per scene $15.00
360° panoramic - Per scene $45.00
Elevated exterior photographs - $20.00 per photo (on heights over 12’)
Twilight photo shoot - $75.00 plus photographs
Re-shoot for weather or re-staging - $75.00 plus photographs
Weekend or after hours - an additional fee of $100 will apply to base fee.
Aerial Photography - $75.00 per target as part of group flight.$250.00 as chartered one (1) hour flight
